Viewing and editing custom user fields
The User info section gives an overview of all users and their custom field values — useful for checking data, editing individual values, and exporting for reporting.
TL;DR
Go to Account → Users → User info. Click the yellow edit icon to update a user's field values. Use the Copy/CSV/Excel export buttons for reporting. Search box filters the table in real time.

Where to find it
Navigate to Account → Users, then click the User info tab. The table shows all users with columns for Name, Email, Phone, Position, Department, and any custom fields you have created. Custom field columns appear after the standard columns.
Editing a user's field values
Click the yellow edit icon on the right side of a user's row. This opens the user's detail view where you can update any custom field value. Changes are saved immediately on confirm. Note: this edits the field value for that specific user — to change the field definition itself (name, type), go to the User fields tab instead.
Export and search
Use the Copy, CSV, or Excel export buttons above the table to download all visible data. The export respects your current search/filter. Use the Search field (top-right) to instantly filter by name, email, or any field value.
