How do I see email sending history and errors?
Hubhus logs every email attempt — sent, delivered, bounced, or blocked. Use the sending history to confirm delivery, diagnose problems, and remove addresses from the bounce list when needed.
TL;DR
Open the lead → go to the Activity or Emails tab to see what was sent and when. For bounce logs, go to Account → Email logs. If an address has bounced, remove it from the bounce list to re-enable sending.
3 places to check
Email history on the lead
Open the lead and go to the Activity tab (or Emails tab). Every email sent to this lead is listed with timestamp, template name, recipient, and delivery status (sent, delivered, opened, bounced, blocked).
Global bounce logs
Go to Account → Email logs to see all bounces across the account. If an address is on the bounce list, Hubhus automatically stops trying to send to it. Remove the address from the list to re-enable delivery.
Failure notifications
Enable email failure notifications in Account Settings to get alerted when emails can't be delivered. Configure the notification recipient, message type, and failure threshold.

Common bounce reasons
- Hard bounce: email address doesn't exist or domain is invalid — Hubhus blocks all future sends automatically.
- Soft bounce: mailbox full, server temporarily unavailable — may resolve on its own.
- Spam complaint: recipient marked the email as spam — address is suppressed.
- Blocked by spam rules: Hubhus's own sending limits stopped the email before it was dispatched.
What to do if emails show as sent but weren't received
- Check the lead's email history — confirm it shows "Sent" status.
- Ask the recipient to check spam/junk folder.
- Verify SPF/DKIM records are correctly configured for your sender domain (Account → Email settings).
- Check if the address is on the bounce list (Account → Email logs).
- Confirm the template's spam protection rules aren't limiting delivery frequency.
