Account: Add a country of operation
To book or serve customers in another country (for example a Danish account expanding to Sweden), enable the country at account level first, then on each campaign. Only after that can you add postal codes for the new country.
TL;DR
Account → Account defaults → Edit → add the country under All countries of operation. Then open the campaign (pencil on the start page, or Campaign settings) and add the same country under All countries of operation. You can then configure postal codes for that country on resources, booking forms, and related settings.
Get started in 3 steps
Enable the country on the account
Go to Account → Account defaults → Edit. Under All countries of operation, add the new country (e.g. Sweden). Save. Default country of operation can stay as your primary country — “All countries” is what unlocks additional countries across the account.
Enable the country on the campaign
Open the campaign: use the small pencil icon on the start page, or go to Campaign settings. Add the country under All countries of operation and save. Repeat for each campaign that should operate in that country.
Add postal codes for the new country
Once the country is enabled on both account and campaign, you can add operable / bookable postal codes for that country — for example on calendar resources, booking form location settings, or transit profiles. Until the country is selected at both levels, the new country’s postal codes are not available to configure.

Why two levels?
All countries of operation on the account defines which countries the Hubhus account is allowed to use. Each campaign then opts in to the countries it needs. That way one account can serve several markets while individual campaigns stay limited to their service areas.
Default country vs all countries
- Default country of operation — primary country for defaults and typical address behaviour.
- All countries of operation — full list of countries you may use. Add every country you operate in here (account), then again on the relevant campaigns.
Cannot add foreign postal codes?
If the new country’s postal codes do not appear as options, check both places: the country must be listed under All countries of operation on the account and on the campaign. Account-only or campaign-only is not enough.
After enabling a country
- Set operable postal codes on calendar resources / locations
- Review booking form location & transport / transit profiles for the new area
- Update assignment rules or filters if you route by postal code
