Hubhus Data Portability Register
This register describes the data and digital assets a Hubhus customer can export from the platform, in accordance with Article 26 of Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 (the EU Data Act). Use it to see which export routes exist, what they cover, and which limitations and exclusions apply.
TL;DR
Export customer data via the REST API (leadvalidator.dk/docs) or Excel export in each campaign (leads, bookings, contacts, communication logs, form submissions). Bulk file export of lead-level files/images is available on request (billable). Hubhus software, source code, and platform-internal derived data are not exportable.

REST API
Documented at https://leadvalidator.dk/docs/. Covers leads, bookings, contacts, communication logs, and form submissions in structured, machine-readable JSON.
Excel export
Available within each campaign in the Hubhus platform. Covers the same record types as the API, in .xlsx format.
Bulk file export
Files and images attached at lead level can be exported in bulk on request. This service is billable (see Terms of Use section 14). Contact Hubhus Support to request it.

Known technical limitations
Bulk file exports may not preserve a clear association between each exported file and the specific lead or record it belongs to. Customers needing this association should reconcile files against their own records, or request assisted export.
Exclusions
- Hubhus' own software, source code, and platform-internal derived data are not exportable.
- Data Hubhus is legally required to withhold, or third-party data Hubhus is not entitled to disclose, is excluded.
