How do I create new users?
Create the user account, send the invitation, grant campaign access, and optionally link an external calendar. New users see nothing until you explicitly grant access.
TL;DR
Account → Users → New user. Enter name, email, role (Admin or Standard). Hubhus sends invitation automatically. Then: grant campaign access, configure resource/tag association for booking, optionally link Outlook/Google/CalDAV calendar.
Get started in 5 steps
Account → Users → New user. Enter name, email address, and optional mobile number. Choose role: Administrator (full system access) or Standard user (must be granted campaign access manually). Click Save — Hubhus sends the invitation email automatically.
User accepts the invitation: they open the email, click the activation link, and set their password. If the email doesn't arrive, ask them to check spam — or resend from the user's profile in Account → Users.
Grant campaign access: Account → Users → click user → Campaign access. Standard users see no campaigns until you enable them here. This controls which leads, booking forms, automations, and templates the user can work with.
If the user will appear in booking forms: ensure they are associated with a calendar resource and have appropriate resource tags. Without this, they won't be bookable regardless of their user access.
(Optional) Link external calendar: Calendar → Settings → open the relevant sync tab (Outlook / Google / CalDAV) → Refresh list → Link calendar. Without this, Hubhus does not import or export events for the user.
