Hubhus integrations overview
Hubhus provides pre-built integrations with common business systems plus a full REST API for custom integrations. All integrations are accessed under Account → Integrations.
TL;DR
Built-in integrations: Microsoft Calendars, Google Workspace, Business Central (NAV), e-conomic, Trustpilot, Signicat (digital signatures). Custom integrations: REST API (full CRUD on leads, campaigns, bookings). Access all at Account → Integrations.
Available integrations
Microsoft Calendars
Two-way sync between Hubhus Calendar and Outlook. Shows correct availability in booking forms, prevents double-bookings, and syncs Hubhus bookings to Outlook for user visibility. See: Outlook calendar sync article.
Google Workspace Calendars
Two-way sync with Google Calendar. Integrates with Google Meet. Prevents scheduling conflicts. See: Google Calendar sync article.
Business Central (NAV)
Import customers, products, and pricing from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Keeps CRM and ERP data consistent.
e-conomic
Bi-directional integration: create quotes/orders in e-conomic from Hubhus leads, sync invoice status back to Hubhus. See: e-conomic integration article and e-conomic v2 (automatic invoicing).
Trustpilot
Automatically send verified review invitation links to customers after service completion. Reviews are marked as "Verified" by Trustpilot. Requires Trustpilot Connect addon or Enterprise. See: Trustpilot integration article.
Digital Signatures (Signicat) + REST API
Signicat: Legally binding electronic signatures on documents from Hubhus. REST API: Full programmatic access — create, read, update, delete leads, manage campaigns, trigger automation. Token-based auth, campaign-specific scoping. See API setup article.
