Private booking links: Restricting booking form access
Create booking forms accessible only via a direct link — no public embedding, no discovery. Share the link with specific customers to let them book meetings with you privately.

Create a booking form normally (Campaign settings → Booking forms). Don't embed it — instead get the link via the Embed button. Three link types: Public URL (for direct sharing), @bookingFormUrlPublic[form-id] (for Hubhus email templates), @bookingFormUrlLead[form-slug] (personalized, pre-fills lead info). Send via email or SMS. Calendar sync with Outlook/Google/CalDAV still applies — customers only see slots when you're actually free.

Getting the private link
Create your booking form at Campaign settings → Booking forms (configure event types, resources, fields, and availability as normal). Then click the Embed button on the form row. You'll see three links: Public URL for copy-paste sharing, Public URL placeholder for use in Hubhus email/SMS templates (@bookingFormUrlPublic[form-id]), and Lead URL placeholder for personalized links that pre-fill lead info (@bookingFormUrlLead[form-slug]).
How to send it
Manual (action button): Create an email template with the booking link, then an action button that sends it. Click the button on a lead's profile to send manually. Automated: Create an automation trigger (e.g. "Lead is created" or "Status set to X") with action "Send email" using the template. The template uses @bookingFormUrlPublic[form-id] — or the lead URL placeholder for personalized links.
Calendar sync and availability
Calendar synchronization (Outlook/Google/CalDAV) works normally with private booking links. The form's "On days" setting defines the booking window; your synced calendar blocks times with existing events. Customers only see slots that are both within the "On days" hours AND not blocked by your calendar. No special configuration needed — just set up your booking form and availability as usual.
