How to submit a support request

Submit a support ticket through the Help Center so the right person gets your request — with all the context needed to resolve it quickly.

TL;DR

Go to support.hubhus.com → Submit a request. Fill in: subject, description, campaign name (if relevant), screenshots if possible. Do not send support requests via phone, text, or personal email — tickets ensure proper tracking and handoff. Urgent/business-critical issues: mark explicitly in the subject or description. Business hours: Mon–Fri 9–16 CET.

Open the Help Center

Go to support.hubhus.com and click Submit a request in the top menu. Log in with your Hubhus account if prompted.

Fill in the request form

Write a clear subject (e.g. "Booking form not saving date"). In the description: describe the problem, steps to reproduce, campaign/page name, and expected vs. actual behaviour. Attach a screenshot if possible — this shortens response time significantly.

Submit and wait for a confirmation email

You will receive an email confirmation with your ticket number. Replies come via email — you can also reply by email. If the issue is business-critical (live system down, leads not being received), write "URGENT" in the subject line. Business hours: Mon–Fri 9–16 CET.
