What is a campaign in Hubhus?

A campaign is the core workspace in Hubhus — a dedicated environment for one business process with its own leads, fields, forms, and automations. Whether you run quotations, service visits, or customer projects, each gets its own campaign with fully independent configuration.

TL;DR

Create campaigns under Account settings → Campaigns → + New. Use templates to start faster. Each campaign has its own leads, status pipeline, fields, and automations — changes in one campaign never affect others.

Get started in 4 steps

1

Go to Account settings → Campaigns → + New campaign

2

Choose a template (pre-built with fields, statuses, and automations) or start blank — you can adjust everything after creation

3

Configure fields, statuses, and booking forms to match your specific process

4

Assign calendar resources if the campaign involves bookings or scheduling

Campaign vs. Lead vs. Event

  • Campaign — the main workspace (e.g. "Ramp Projects")
  • Lead — a customer entry within that campaign (e.g. "Jane Doe — Order #4812")
  • Event — a calendar item related to the lead (e.g. "Site visit with Jane on Thursday")

When to create a new campaign

Create a new campaign if you need:

  • Different types of data fields for each process
  • Separate checklists, booking flows, or status pipelines
  • A new business area tracked independently (e.g. "Service Visits" vs "Quotations")

Rule of thumb: one campaign per distinct business process. Don't overload a single campaign with unrelated lead types.

Campaign templates

Templates come pre-configured with automations, custom fields, status pipelines, placeholder-ready messages, and booking or checklist configurations. You can always modify them after creation — templates just give you a faster starting point.

Real-world examples

  • A construction business: Campaign "Quotations" → Leads = quote requests → Events = site surveys
  • A service company: Campaign "Service Visits" → Leads = each customer visit → Events = technician appointments
  • A support team: Campaign "Customer Support" → Leads = cases → Events = follow-up calls
