Managing and customizing the lead list

The lead list provides filtering, search, column customization, and export tools to manage leads efficiently across your campaigns.

TL;DR

Use the filter dropdowns for quick filtering (created, assigned, status). Click More filters for advanced options (calendar, communications, relations, subscription). Save filters for all users via the disk icon. Use Options to configure columns, date format, hidden statuses, column widths, and search behavior. Excel export: click Excel → choose columns. Performance tip: hide all columns you don't use — makes a big difference for large campaigns.

5 key features

1

Filtering

Quick filters at the top: Created, Assigned to, Status. Click More filters for advanced: calendar events, booking form, email sent/received, relations, subscription status, references, follow-up date, updated/deleted dates. All active filters use AND logic. Date options include relative (today, this week, past 24h, etc.) and custom range.

2

Saving filters

Apply filters → open More filters → click the save (disk) icon at the bottom. This saves the filter combination for all users in the campaign. Without saving, filters reset when you leave the page.

3

Table options (customize the view)

Click Options (top right). Configure: date format (yyyy-mm-dd, dd/mm/yyyy, etc.), default created-from date, hidden columns (hide what you don't use for better performance), hidden statuses (e.g. hide "Declined" from the default view), calendar event details (icon only / date+time / event type), column widths (Status, Assigned to, References), rows per page, search settings. Click Save to apply for all users. Drag column headers to reorder — a dialog asks whether to save for all users.

4

Search

Use the top-right search field to query lead data. Supports field-specific syntax: Navn = Nina, Email = @example.com. Configure in Options: Include hidden statuses in search and Ignore filters in search for broader searches. Enable Reload on changes to auto-refresh the list when leads are updated inline.

5

Export and bulk actions

Excel export: click Excel (top right) → select columns → export. Exports all leads matching current filters. Available columns: ID, created, assigned, status, calendar events, references, all custom fields. Bulk actions: Select All → Template (send email/SMS to selection), Bulk action (status change, assign, delete), Import.

Unsubscription

To unsubscribe a lead from campaign automations: click the unsubscription icon in the table (enable in Options: "Always show unsubscription status"). Alternatively, include unsubscribe links in emails using %lead_unsubscribe_url% or %lead_unsubscribe_link%.

Note: Unsubscribing only affects automations in the current campaign. For cross-campaign unsubscription, use blacklist campaigns or consent declarations.

Performance tips for large campaigns

  • Hide all columns you don't use — critical for campaigns with 100k+ leads
  • Set a default "Created from" date (e.g. "This month") to avoid loading all leads on first load
  • Hide statuses like "Completed" from the default view (still accessible via explicit status filter)
  • Disable "Reload on changes" when bulk-editing many leads to prevent constant refreshing
